Malang — Commander of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, Colonel Inf. Wahyu Ramadhanus Suryawan, S.Sos., M.M.S., M.Han., conducted a direct inspection of the Garuda Perintis Bridge in Kampung Putih, Klojen Urban Village, Klojen District, Malang City, on Tuesday (September 9, 2026). The bridge was constructed by Kodim 0833/Malang City.
The inspection was carried out to ensure that the bridge construction complies with the planned specifications, is structurally sound, and is safe for residents to cross and use.
The Danrem was accompanied by Commander of Kodim 0833/Malang City, Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Dedy Azis, the Kasiter of Korem 083/Bdj, the Head of Klojen District, the Head of Klojen Urban Village, and personnel from Demzibang 2/V Malang.
During the inspection, the team directly examined the physical condition and construction of the bridge. This effort is part of ensuring that the public facility meets safety standards and can be utilized optimally by the community.
One of the local residents, Mr. Winarno, expressed his appreciation for the construction of the bridge. He said the access is highly beneficial to the community, particularly schoolchildren and traders who rely on it for their daily activities.
